The front page of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northamptongeneral.nhs.uk\/ngh\/default.aspx\" target=\"_new\">Northampton General Hospital website<\/a> contains the following announcement:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It&#8217;s a hoax!<br \/>\nMany people will have seen a photograph of a sign about family planning services, supposedly located at NGH, that has been &#8216;doing the rounds&#8217; on the internet. While it gave us a laugh too, we should point out that it is a hoax &#8211; the sign does not exist!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> Yet still it propagates. A crap fake of a crap joke and it&#8217;s now more famous than the pope. In years to come, it will come round again and again and again.
